The processing steps for industrial fabric include the following:

Plastic surgery: (Dyeing may cause fabric wrinkles and shrinkage) By plastic surgery, the wrinkled fabric can be smoothed and prevented from tilting (especially for checkered fabric)

Starch: Apply a layer of glue to the veil to make it more secure

Splashing water: In order to prevent fabric from leaking water (this process is generally suitable for applying PU adhesive base)

Pressing and sanding: Pressing is to flatten the hair on the surface of the veil, while sanding is to make the surface of the veil fuzzy

Bonding: There are different methods for applying different base adhesives. The bonding process is generally completed on a rolling machine, foaming machine, and laminating machine (PU machine). Whether it is pressing PVC or passing PU adhesive, laminating is an essential process. If not handled properly, the finished fabric will experience delamination.

Applying PE/PVC primer:

A: Cold pressing: The production of raw rubber base is followed by pressing. After the base rubber is made, it is bonded to the veil through physical and chemical (pressure, heat) effects.

B: Hot pressing: The bottom glue is melted and pressed at the same time, usually relying on heat to press.

PU/AC/Youli adhesive base glue: scraping glue. By fixing a roller and moving the fabric, the miscellaneous roller applies glue and rotates in contact with the fabric to apply bottom glue (usually transparent glue, white glue, silver glue, gold glue, color glue) to the fabric
