China's Textile manufacturing has formed system solutions in digital workshops, intelligent production, personalized customization, networked collaboration and other aspects, and promoted them from pilot to the whole industry, achieving remarkable results in improving production efficiency, product quality, energy conservation, consumption reduction and emission reduction. The China Textile manufacturing Federation will establish an enterprise sustainable development innovation center under the "3060 Carbon Neutralization and Acceleration Plan for China's Textile and Garment Industry", integrate the advantageous resources of the global industrial chain, and focus on supporting the "3060 Action Plan" enterprises to jointly carry out collaborative research and development, mode exploration, technological innovation, product innovation, market application research, development and practice, and talent cultivation under the "dual carbon" goal orientation.
In terms of digital empowerment, China has formed new ways of production and life such as e-commerce, mobile payment, online learning, teleconferencing, Online shopping, and live video. The Internet platform is growing, the digital business environment continues to be optimized, and the level of online government services has become a global leader. China's Textile manufacturing has also made positive progress in digital design, digital supply chain, digital marketing, digital brand, etc., effectively guiding product development, reducing research and development costs, and realizing online multi-party interconnection and communication. China's Textile manufacturing has also actively carried out international cooperation. It has established cooperative relations with textile associations in 52 countries and regions to promote the interconnection of Information infrastructure. The "Silk Road E-commerce" cooperation has yielded fruitful results. Platform enterprises in the field of digital economy have accelerated to go to sea, and their influence and competitiveness have continued to improve.
Overall, China is at the forefront of intelligent weaving and digital empowerment in the world, but it also faces problems and challenges such as insufficient innovation capabilities in key areas, human constraints in the industrial chain supply chain, insufficient unleashing of data resource value potential, and the need for further improvement of the digital economy governance system.
